I’ll accept questions in the comment section or by email until Midnight EST on Friday, October 2.

Once the questions have been collected, I will answer ever! single! one! in personalized videos just for you. I’ll send the links/embed codes to each of you on October 13 (make sure your email address is easily found) so that you can post the video to YOUR blogs on Wednesday, October 14.
